For a decade, the Sawyer Farms team has built and developed across the Chattanooga area, from the townhomes of Walnut Hill downtown to the estate at 4 Minnekahda Place in Riverview and custom homes on the mountain, now including the first residence at Sawyer Farms. Frederick Bros. Construction is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina.
