213 Holmes is a project David Silvester and Ed Reid developed and built together. An open main level joins a chef’s kitchen with a white-oak island and custom hood, a living room with a fireplace, and a formal dining room, all on warm oak floors.
Upstairs, a tray-ceiling primary suite opens to a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub and glass shower. The same standard the team now brings to Sawyer Farms.
